Survivor
A nail is made to endure. It is struck by force, driven into resistance, buried beneath the weight of structures it never chose to carry. When those structures collapse, the nail often remains.
Rust is not weakness. It is the visible memory of survival. Every mark on the metal is evidence that time, weather, and pressure have already tried to erase it—and failed.
The word "Survivor" is deliberately isolated from any specific story. It may speak of a person who outlived war, illness, grief, exile, or betrayal. It may speak of an idea, a culture, or a conscience that refused to disappear. Survival is not victory. It is the quiet refusal to surrender.
The nail still stands. Scarred. Weathered. Unpolished. Yet present.
Sometimes survival is the greatest act of resistance.
